Volkswagen AG (Xetra: VW), a Germany-based automaker, has received the best manufacturer of thief-proof cars at the British Insurance Vehicle Security Awards.
The automaker received the honour for the third time.
To be eligible for the awards, the vehicle must have achieved the maximum five-star rating in the British Insurance Industry New Vehicle Security Rating ‘theft of’ tests, and at least four out of five in the ‘theft from’ tests.
