Toyota Motor Corporation (NYSE: TM)(LSE:TYT)(TYO: 7203), a Japan-based automaker, is recalling around 209,000 units of its retro-inspired FJ Cruiser SUV in the US.
The recalled models are from the 2007-2013 model years.
The automaker is recalling the vehicle because of problems with the vehicle’s front seat belts. According to the company, the rear door panels where the driver- and passenger-side seat belts connect can become weak and crack overtime.
