Honda Motor Company rolls out 2013 Accord from Ohio plant

Honda Motor Company (NYSE: HMC) (TYO: 7267), a Japan-based automaker, rolled out its first 2013 Accord from the assembly line in Ohio on Monday.

The model is to arrive at United States dealerships next month. Automotive News has reported that the vehicle will be equipped with a lane departure warning system, a forward collision warning system, a rear-view back-up camera and a larger driver’s mirror.

The automaker has been producing the vehicle at its Columbus, Ohio plant since 1982.
