BMW launches new Z4 at North American Auto Show

BMW AG (Xetra: BMW), a Germany-based automaker, has launched the revamped version of its Z4 roadster at the 2013 North American Auto Show.

The vehicle features new 17- and 18-inch alloy wheels, three additional metallic paint colours called Mineral Grey, Glacier Silver and Valencia Orange, orange inserts in the seats and door panels, orange stitching on the dashboard and contrasting high-gloss trim on the gear lever. The Z4 range includes an entry-level 2.0-litre, four-cylinder engine that provides 156bhp and 177lb-ft. of torque, coupled with a choice of a six-speed manual transmission and an optional eight-speed automatic transmission.

The new Z4 is to arrive at United States dealerships this March. The automaker will reveal pricing details closer to the launch.
