Seat, a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG (Xetra: VW), is launching its new Ibiza Cupra in the United Kingdom.
The model is to arrive at United Kingdom dealerships in January 2012, priced from £18,825.
The vehicle is equipped with a 178bhp, 1.4 turbocharged petrol engine, coupled with a seven-speed dual-clutch DSG transmission. It accelerates from zero to 62mph in 6.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 142mph. It features a front end with a wider grille and deep air intakes, along with bi-xenon headlights, 17-inch wheels, black high-gloss side mirrors and a rear diffuser that incorporates the trapezoidal exhaust.
