Land Rover upgrades LR2

Land Rover, a subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited (NYSE: TTM), has upgraded its LR2 for the 2013 model year.

The vehicle features revamped headlights, new wheel designs, three additional exterior colours, leather upholstery and dual sunroofs on all trim levels, and an infotainment system controlled through a seven-inch touch screen mounted in the centre of the dash. It is to be equipped with a turbocharged 2.0-litre, four-cylinder engine that delivers 240bhp and 250lb-ft. of torque, coupled with a six-speed automatic transmission.

The model is to be unveiled at the 2012 Moscow Motor Show later this month. It is to be priced from $37,250.
