Peugeot, a France-based automaker, has revealed details of the new 2008 compact crossover.
According to Peugeot, the vehicle blends with the design and success of the Peugeot 3008. The automaker will start taking orders for the vehicle in May this year, before its goes on sale during the summer.
The vehicle is equipped with both e-HDI diesel technology and three-cylinder petrol technology, with CO2 emissions beginning at 98g/km and fuel economy as high as 61.8mpg. It is 4.16 metres long and 1.74 metres wide and includes a floating grille, daytime running lights, roof bars that hint at the practicality of the vehicle, and a wide tailgate with a low loading lip at the rear.
