Tesla Motors, a United States-based automaker, has launched its Model X seven-seat crossover at the 2013 North American Auto Show in Detroit.
The vehicle shares various styling elements with its Model S platform-mate, including the basic look of its front fascia and the elegant upward slope of its side windows, while the interior has nature-inspired wood accents. It will be available in three versions, Two-wheel-drive, all-wheel-drive and a special all-wheel-drive performance model with dual electric motors for additional power.
The automaker plans to produce the model in late 2013, with delivery scheduled to commence in early 2014.
