Mercedes-Benz, a subsidiary of Daimler AG (NYSE: DAI) (FWB: DAI), is launching its 2013 E-Class coupe at the 2013 Detroit motor show.
The model features a new front grille and a redesigned front bumper with larger air intakes, a new rear bumper with extra chrome trim, new designs for the instrument cluster, air vent surrounds and centre console. It will be available with a choice of four-cylinder E200 and E250 petrol engines, both of which get new direct-injection systems for improved fuel economy and performance, while the diesel options are four-cylinder E220 and E250 CDI engines, and the six-cylinder E350 CDI.
The model will be available to order later this month, with first deliveries in May. It will be priced from around £33,000.
