Lamborghini, a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG (Xetra: VW), is ending production of the Gallardo supercar in 2013.
The 2013 model, which has been in production since 2004, will be replaced with an all-new model for the 2014 model year.
The new model is expected to be equipped with the Gallardo’s naturally aspirated V10 engine, coupled with a new dual-clutch semi-automatic gearbox. It is to be launched sometime during the second half of 2013.
