Audi, a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG (Xetra: VW), has opened the order books for the SQ5 TDI performance diesel SUV in the United Kingdom.
The automaker will start delivery of the vehicle in the spring of 2013, priced from £43,870.
The model is to be equipped with a new 3.0-litre V6 BiTDI engine that delivers 313bhp between 3,900 and 4,500 rpm, and a peak torque of 650Nm between 1,450 and 2,800rpm, coupled with an eight-speed Tiptronic automatic gearbox.
